How many cards can one ZENLET hold?

It really depends on the thickness of your card because the maximum ZENLET can take is 7 cards. For example, if all cards have bulged engravings, then the amount of cards can be held is 6 or 5. If you decide to have all bills, then it could hold up to 15 bills otherwise it should hold up 4 cards and 6 bills.

Can you put bills, coins or other small objects in ZENLET?

Yes, ZENLET has no separated layers. The thickness of ZENLET is 10mm however when you minus the 1.5mm of the outer case, there are still 7mm of space. Therefore, you can place any small objects such as; coins, bills, small keys, SD card etc. and it will not affect the function of the sliding compartment which will still allow bills and cards to be visible when slide out. On how to place objects in, please take a look at Update#2 https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1562350776/zenlet-amazingly-intuitive-wallet/posts/895976

Will the magnet on ZENLET affect the magnetic chip on the card?

We decide to choose a weaker magnetic strength without actual contact to the card so proper ejecting and inputting will not result in demagnetizing. However, it is not guaranteed due to the different usage as well as the strength of anti-demagnetize card. Since magnetic cards are easily damaged and hazardous, it is being eliminated all around the world. So please take a look at this article. http://on.wsj.com/1jRqSJQ Also, We will release two versions; with/without magnet, you may choose which version you would like. Whether or not the magnet will not affect the compartment space, more information will be posted in the Updates.

Is the RFID-protection only possible by using the RFID-blocking card? Why is it?

One can reach RFID block by simply putting a card between 2 metal sheets, but it is not assumed that everyone will need this function (some might want to use the card without ejecting it) so our ZENLET design only requires one metal side. Those cards between RFID security card and ZENLET’s metal side will be blocked while other cards still remain RFID-free to provide convenience.

If I pledge for the double black and white, can I get both black instead?

Of course you may choose black or white for both.

If the number of Early backer exceeded, how do I receive RFID-blocking card?

Do not worry, just simply share us with your friends and ask them to do the same. As we are shared by 3000 people before the campaign is over, we will compliment one for every backer. Otherwise, you may receive one for just an additional $9.00 ($18.00 for two).

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
